Not a link but if you get the daily for spending karma head to waypoint "Dolyak Pass Waypoint" in Wayfarer Foothills. Then go up the little dirt path above the wp and into the instanced area there. In the far back of the area is a bartender. You can now get your karma spending for the daily off his booze and then have booze for the drinking achievement.
